Randstad Education is seeking flexible Teaching Assistants to support EYFS/Primary, Secondary, or SEN in various schools. You will tailor your support to your preferred setting, including 1:1 work in SEN environments and helping with reading, maths, and GCSE preparation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Because we collaborate with a variety of schools, your daily tasks will vary based on your preferred setting:

• Primary Mainstream: Provide essential classroom support, lead guided reading/maths groups, and assist with EYFS-KS2 development.
• Secondary Mainstream: Offer subject-specific classroom assistance, implement effective behaviour management strategies, and support pupils with GCSE preparation.
• SEN & Specialist Support: Deliver 1:1 or small group work tailored to pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech delays, or complex physical needs.

Qualifications:
