Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants to provide flexible school work across Cambridge. You will support teachers, work with pupils in class, in groups, or 1:1, and help learners stay focused and engaged in learning.

This role suits those with experience working with children or young people who possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with pupils in class, in groups, or 1:1
• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in learning
