Aspire People is recruiting Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants for flexible school work across the Cambridge area. Join a network of local schools and choose day-to-day, short-term or long-term placements.

You'll support teachers, work with pupils, help with behaviour and routines, and build confidence. Candidates with Level 2/3 TA qualification are welcome, but not essential.

Competenze

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
