Job summary

Aspire People is seeking flexible Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils in class, groups or 1:1, and help maintain focus and positive routines.

With day-to-day, short-term and longer placements available, you will gain varied experience while building confidence and independence in learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work).
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
