Job summary

Premier Education Ltd is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support in Wilmslow and Macclesfield on a flexible supply basis. You will gain experience across a variety of school settings, assisting across ages and abilities.

Roles may include general classroom support, small group work, or 1:1 support, including working with pupils with SEN. DBS checks are typically required, and there are opportunities for long-term placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide two references covering the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils; provide targeted support.
• Assist with interventions and SEN support where needed.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment; promote engagement.
