Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants in Wellingborough to support pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings. This is a flexible supply role with the potential to lead to permanent positions for the right candidate.

The role involves 1:1 support and small group work, partnering with teachers and SENCOs to promote engagement, inclusion and independence in a safe learning environment. UK-based applicants with safeguarding knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience within a UK school.
• Experience supporting additional needs (SEND).
• Safeguarding knowledge and right to work in the UK or equivalent setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups alongside teachers and SENCOs.
• Help create a safe, inclusive environment and encourage engagement and independence.
