Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking flexible Teaching Assistants to support pupils across local schools in the United Kingdom. Roles range from long-term to day-to-day supply, with options for full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc shifts to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include supporting lesson delivery, working 1:1 or in small groups, assisting with SEN needs, and maintaining an inclusive learning environment. DBS checks and right-to-work are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery and effective classroom management.
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to boost literacy, numeracy, and confidence.
• Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, or speech delays.
• Create an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for all students.
