Job summary

Servoca Nursing & Care is seeking experienced Support Workers for agency shifts across Leeds and West Yorkshire. You will provide compassionate daily living support, helping clients maintain independence and access community activities, with flexible days, nights, and sleep-ins available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a support work role
• Right to work in the UK
• Two satisfactory professional references
• PMVA / MAPA training desirable (not essential)

Responsibilities

• Support adults with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Encourage independence and development of life skills
• Support individuals to attend appointments, activities, and community events
• Respond calmly to challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques and support plans
• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing, escalating concerns as required
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams and families
