Job summary

Servoca Nursing & Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our flexible agency team in Warrington. You’ll provide essential care in care homes and supported living settings, supporting daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship.

You must have an empathetic nature, right to work in the UK, and be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is desirable. Weekly pay at £13.01/hour with ongoing training and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
• MAPA/ PMVA/ CPI Cards/ Team Teach Training - (Preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
• Administering medication (where required)
• Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users at all times
