Job summary

Servoca Nursing & Care in York is seeking experienced Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across care homes and supported living services in York and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support promoting independence.

Weekly pay, free mandatory training, dedicated consultant and 24/7 support, enhanced bank holiday rates, option pension, and flexible working days are on offer.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a support worker or care role
Moving & Handling experience
Right to work in the UK
Two satisfactory professional references

Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care
Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling
Support with meals and hydration
Promote independence and encourage choice; monitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
