Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day routines.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Supporting independence and encouraging individual choice.
• Assisting with meals and daily living activities.
• Supporting individuals with social activities and community access.
• Providing emotional reassurance and companionship.
• Following individual care and support plans.
• Accurately completing notes and documentation.
• Reporting concerns or changes appropriately.
• Working alongside permanent staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining dignity, respect and confidentiality at all times.
