Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Devizes area.

As an Agency Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care across supported living services, helping with daily living tasks, developing skills, and following individual support plans. Shifts include days, nights and weekends with induction and refresher training and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker in adult health or social care settings.
• Flexibility to cover shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Induction and refresher training provided.
