Remedy Education is recruiting reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Brentwood, Essex. You can work across primary, secondary and early years settings with flexible days that fit around your life, while making a real difference in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality; comfortable in new school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bring calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Help ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Make a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
