Thrive Education is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of schools across the Cotswolds. You will gain flexible working across EYFS to secondary settings, with opportunities for one-to-one or small group support and the chance to build lasting relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children that can be referenced.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to build positive relationships quickly.
• Flexible, reliable and professional.
• Hold (or willing to obtain) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Drivers preferred due to rural locations of many Cotswold schools, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary settings.
• Assist children with additional learning or behavioural needs.
• Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning environments.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings.
• No two days are the same, making supply work ideal for adaptable, positive and proactive individuals.
