Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex in flexible scheduling. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with lessons and classroom routines to create calm, structured learning environments.

Choose days you’re available, gain experience across primary, secondary and early years settings, and enjoy weekly pay with ongoing consultant support and matching to suitable schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Friendly, adaptable personality and reliable attendance.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bring calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Make a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
