Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings in Billericay and wider Essex. You choose the days you are available, making it ideal for flexible working around your commitments.

Whether you are seeking part-time hours or more regular placements, you will gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence and have access to ongoing support and guidance from Remedy Education's consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in school-based settings is ideal but not essential.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working across multiple school environments and year groups.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Help bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Help ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment across settings.
