Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings in Billericay and Essex. You can choose days that fit your availability, from a few days a week to near full-time, gaining varied experience across schools.

You’ll assist with classroom management, support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, and help deliver lessons while building confidence and skills. Weekly pay and ongoing support offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Flexible availability is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms.
