Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Billericay and Essex. You can choose the days you are available and work across primary, secondary and early years settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
