You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classes, and adapt to different year groups while supporting pupils' learning. QTS is essential; strong safeguarding knowledge is required and opportunities for ongoing professional development are

Qualifications

• QTS is essential.
• Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and confident working in different school environments.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Available for flexible or regular supply work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Follow lesson plans and adapting activities where appropriate
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Maintaining high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement
• Working effectively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Following safeguarding procedures and school policies
• Providing appropriate feedback to school staff where required
• Maintaining a professional and reliable approach across different school settings
