Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is actively recruiting enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across Nottingham and surrounding areas. This flexible role offers day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, or long-term opportunities to suit your timetable.

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2, follow school planning or use pre-prepared lessons, and maintain a positive learning environment. You will need QTS, an Enhanced DBS, and be comfortable working in diverse school settings.

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK is required and eligibility to teach in state schools.
• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• ECTs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons where required.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are adhered to at all times.
• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing assignments that suit your availability.
