Job summary

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Roles from 12 hours are also available and shifts are scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Passion for delivering great service and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
