Job summary

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and roles from 12 hours also available.

Qualifications

• To be over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Build rapport so customers leave with a great experience.
• Use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun and celebrating success.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
