Choice Care Group in Fleet, Hampshire, is seeking a Social Care Worker to join our residential care team. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, administer medications, and work to the care plans on a rota that includes weekends.

We train and mentor from day one with in-house courses and progression opportunities, a supportive team, and activities that help residents lead safe, happy and fulfilling lives.

Qualifikationen

• Must be patient, reliable, flexible, and a good communicator.
• Willingness to work shift patterns including weekends.
• Full training is provided on joining.

Aufgaben

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding support.
• Medication administration following care plans.
• Assisting with residents’ daily activities and outings.
• Maintaining written daily records and attending training as required.
• Developing a supportive, respectful relationship with residents.
