Qualifications

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities and outings.
• Following care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to residents.
• Administering medications as directed.
• Engaging residents in daily activities, hobbies, and outings.
• Maintaining accurate written records and care notes.
• Participating in training and team meetings.
