Choice Care Group is hiring at Oakley Lodge in Basingstoke to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and related needs. Training is provided from day one to develop your role as a caring professional, and staff participate in a wide range of activities and outings to ensure residents lead fulfilling lives.

The role involves personal care, medication administration, and supporting daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
