Discovery is recruiting a Support Worker for Hillcrest in Somerset, supporting three gentlemen aged 40s–60s with autism, learning disabilities and dementia. You’ll provide person-centred daily living support, including personal care and medication, within a caring team in a home environment.

No prior social care experience is required; brings values, willingness to learn, empathy and professionalism. Training is provided, and DBS is funded by us, with opportunities for progression and flexible

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support with daily living tasks, personal care and medication management.
