Dimensions Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist ten individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes from Delmore Road, Frome. You will help them live active, fulfilling lives, participate in social activities, and build friendships, while promoting choice and dignity.

No prior experience is required; we value kindness, patience and reliability, with a collaborative approach to team work and comfortable use of technology for recording notes.

Responsibilities

• Support people with learning disabilities in their own homes to live active, fulfilling lives.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as money management, shopping, chores, laundry and taking medication.
• Encourage independence and build meaningful relationships with individuals.
• Use digital systems to maintain support records and important information.
