Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Relief Officer for various retail contracts in Nottingham. The role involves protecting property and people, delivering KPI-driven security services, and completing required training.

Front-line licences must be renewed; CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required, with additional contractually-required courses. The position offers flexible availability (8–40 hours) with weekend requirements and opportunities to develop within a leading facilities management

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLA through accountable service delivery.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements.
• Document incidents thoroughly and report to management as required.
