Guild Care at Linfield House in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to provide overnight, person-centred care for residents with dementia and to guide the night team.

You will need current NMC registration, a calm and compassionate approach, strong communication, and a willingness to take responsibility for the home’s operations during shifts. Flexible bank shifts available.

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional, person-centred care, primarily during night shifts, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents living with dementia. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and coordinating our dedicated night team, fostering a smooth and consistent care environment.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, who brings a calm, confident, and compassionate approach to their work. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join us on a bank basis, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to pick up shifts including: 08:00-14:00, 08:00-20:00, 14:00-20:00, and 20:00-08:00.

We offer highly competitive pay rates:

• £26.99 per hour (Monday-Friday)
• £29.69 per hour (Saturday & Sunday)
