P&S Care and Support Services is seeking Children’s Support Workers to support looked-after children and young people across Ipswich and Stowmarket. You will build positive relationships, provide emotional and practical support, encourage independence and help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Experience in children's residential care or transferable experience is welcome; travel between sites across Ipswich and surrounding areas is required.

Competenze

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Willingness to travel between Ipswich, Stowmarket and surrounding areas.
