Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Support children and young people in residential homes, schools, family homes, and the community.
• Encourage independence by developing life skills and confidence.
• Build trusting relationships where children feel safe, listened to, valued and understood.
• Support daily routines including school runs, meals, personal care and bedtime.
