Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors for roles across Coventry and the West Midlands. You will welcome customers, book servicing, liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on progress, with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through service visits from start to finish.
• Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with technicians, parts teams and customers.
• Keep customers informed on progress and repair times.
• Suggest additional products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and systems.
