Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors for flexible, contract-based roles across the UK automotive dealer network. You will welcome customers, manage service journeys, book in repairs, and coordinate with technicians and parts teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance.
• Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers.
• Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently.
