Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors for roles across Coventry and the West Midlands. You will welcome customers, book servicing, liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on progress, with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

You'll join a responsive team, enjoy weekly pay and opportunities across multiple dealership brands, with varied day-to-day tasks and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through service visits from start to finish.

Autotech Recruit is currently recruiting for automotive Service Advisor roles across Coventry and the wider West Midlands, including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Solihull, Worcester, Telford and Stoke-on-Trent.
Our network spans dealerships, garages and workshops throughout the region, with flexible contract opportunities available across multiple sites.
This is a chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands as an experienced Service Advisor, with the variety and flexibility to choose when and where you work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through their service visit, start to finish
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with technicians, parts teams and customers
• Keeping customers informed on progress and repair times
• Recommending additional products and services where appropriate
• Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and systems

You will need:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll adapt to new environments and systems, manage multiple tasks and solve problems proactively, and bring a professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail, along with the flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.
