Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors for flexible, multi-site roles in Manchester and surrounding areas. You’ll welcome customers, book servicing, coordinate with technicians and parts teams, and provide clear progress updates across the service journey.

The ideal candidate has Service Advisor or aftersales experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to new sites and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in an aftersales role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable adapting to new sites and systems.
• Confident multi‑tasker who solves problems proactively.
• A professional, friendly manner with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repair and maintenance work.
• Coordinating with technicians, parts teams and customers.
• Giving clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Offering additional products and services where appropriate.
• Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date.
