Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide flexible, contractor-based support for multiple dealership brands across the country. The role offers weekly pay and varied assignments that fit around your schedule.

You will manage the service journey, book vehicles for service and repairs, and communicate with technicians and customers while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.
• A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance.
• Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers.
• Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
