Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Sevenoaks is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required to join as Bank Senior Care Assistant.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect residents’ dignity and preferences to create a warm, welcoming environment.
