Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a UK care home. The role is casual, part-time and bank-based, providing cover for annual leave or sickness with flexible hours.

You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. A warm, dignified approach is essential.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualized care.

Responsabilidades
