Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a Southport care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible working, and you will look after residents to deliver person-centred care.

You will supervise Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans. NVQ Level 3 / Health & Social Care diploma is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
