Pilgrims' Friend Society is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to cover maternity leave at Middlefields House, a 48-resident home. You will lead shifts, provide hands-on care, and promote residents' health and well-being with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Empathy for elderly residents and ability to relate compassionately.
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant in residential care.
• Ability to lead shifts and perform hands-on care.
• Experience in medication management and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, professional care to residents.
• Supervise care team during shifts and manage health and safety duties.
• Assist residents with personal care and meals.
• Support residents to stay independent and engaged in the community.
• Ensure care plans are up-to-date and accurate.
