Job summary

Aspire People is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply across Birmingham. The roles involve supporting pupils with complex needs in specialist SEND settings, including PMLD, SLD and ASD.

Duties include 1:1 or small-group support, helping with learning, communication and independence, and assisting with personal and intimate care as required. We welcome applicants with experience as TAs, LSAs, care workers or residential staff who are confident working with young people with

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is beneficial.
• Reliability and adaptability for day-to-day supply work.
