Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work on day-to-day supply at a specialist school in Birmingham (B19). You will support pupils with learning, personal care and day-to-day needs alongside experienced staff in a safe, nurturing environment.

Experience with PMLD, Autism/ASD and complex needs is beneficial; personal care experience is essential. We welcome SEND TAs, LSAs, care workers with relevant school or care experience to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND pupils and daily care tasks.
• Personal care experience is essential for this role.
• Ability to support learning while maintaining pupil safety.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning, personal care and daily needs.
• Work alongside school staff to provide a safe, supportive environment.

Aspire People are looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day supply basis at a specialist school in B19.

The school supports pupils with complex SEND needs, and personal care experience is essential for this role.

You will be supporting pupils with their learning, personal care and day-to-day needs, working alongside experienced school staff to provide a safe and supportive environment.
