Aspire People is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of schools in Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will support students with SEN, help deliver tailored lessons, and provide one-to-one or small group support while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

This role offers flexible day-to-day work, potential long-term opportunities, and competitive daily pay rates.

Formación

• Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred.
• Teaching Assistant qualification Level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential.
• Degree or significant experience in supporting students welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Support students with various learning needs in the classroom.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with SEN.
• Support social, emotional and behavioural needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
