Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people (11-16) preferred.
• Strong communication and approachable manner required.
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to different classrooms daily.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support individual students or small groups across KS3-KS4 (Years 7-11).
• Assist class teachers with general classroom support and student engagement.
• Help implement tailored support for SEN or additional learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and a welcoming learning environment.
• Adapt to different subjects, age groups, and classrooms throughout the day.
