Job summary

Academics is recruiting Secondary Teachers to fill day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply roles in Tonbridge and surrounding areas. You will deliver lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 opportunities, and contribute to a positive learning environment while collaborating with local schools.

Applicants should hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, have experience in UK secondary settings, and demonstrate strong classroom management and adaptability to varied student needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers holding QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 opportunities where appropriate.
• Provide day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply as required by partner schools.
• Support schools with planned and unplanned absences by filling vacancies.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff to maintain high standards of learning.
