Job summary

T3AM Education is seeking a Secondary Supply Teacher to deliver engaging, structured lessons across KS3 and KS4, with optional KS5 where applicable. You can choose daily supply, full-time cover, or a balanced pattern around other commitments and schedule.

You will work under schools’ policies, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupil progress while benefiting from weekly payments, true flexibility, and dedicated support from former educators.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• The ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with curriculum standards and school policies.
• Teaching your specialist subject or adapting quickly to general cover classes.
• Managing classroom behaviour positively and maintaining a focused learning atmosphere.
• Supporting pupil progress, engagement, and overall well-being.
• Building strong professional relationships with pupils, departmental staff, and leadership teams.
• Adhering strictly to safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
