T3AM Education is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4 in partner schools. You choose daily supply, full-time cover, or a balanced pattern to fit your commitments.

Essential: QTS or equivalent, enhanced DBS, strong classroom management, and excellent communication. We offer transparent pay, weekly payments, and flexible schedules.

The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging, structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable). Whether you want to teach strictly within your subject specialism or provide general cover across different departments, this role offers total control over your schedule - whether you prefer daily supply, full-time cover, or a balanced work pattern around other commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

What You Need

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Subject specialism in core or high-demand curriculum areas
• Confidence delivering general cover outside your core subject when required
