Job summary

Teach is seeking qualified Secondary Teachers for flexible supply work, short-term, long-term and permanent roles across a range of UK schools and academies. Opportunities exist across Key Stages 3–5 with day-to-day, short-term and longer assignments available.

Flexible hours typically align with school schedules (8:15am–3:30pm) and rates are competitive, reflecting experience and responsibilities. Support from an experienced education consultant is provided throughout.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and professional approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons where required.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.
