GSL Education Lincoln Branch is seeking a versatile Supply Teacher to step into secondary classrooms in Spilsby and sustain learning momentum. You will deliver lessons, support academic development, and foster a positive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and complete work.

The role requires QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification, experience in secondary education, and the ability to manage unfamiliar classrooms with inclusive practices.

Qualificações

• QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons within secondary education preferred.
• Capability to manage unfamiliar classrooms and engage students effectively.
• Understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour management.
• Professional, flexible and self-motivated approach to different teaching responsibilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Lead classroom sessions using established lesson plans and available resources.
• Maintain continuity in students' learning by reinforcing topics.
• Create clear expectations to support respectful conduct and routines.
• Identify students needing extra help and offer assistance.
• Encourage learners to take ownership and participate in lessons.
• Share updates and completed work with permanent staff.
