Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task using pre-prepared lesson materials.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning throughout the school day.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Work across a variety of secondary schools within the Wakefield area.
